How It Works Minimize
1 First Things First. EMAIL us your resume as a Word attachment. One of our staff will call you to schedule an interview.  BE SURE TO REGISTER THROUGH WEBSITE AND CREATE YOUR LOGIN/PASSWORD.

2 Application Forms. When you arrive for your in-house interview we will ask you to complete an Employment Application.   Bring a hard copy resume and a list of professional references with contact information and be prepared to discuss salary requirements.

3 The Interview. After you’ve completed the application process, one of our staff will personally interview you.  We’ll ask about your employment history, and assess your experience and skills, and talk about your personal goals for future employment opportunities.

4 Software Skills Testing. Once we have an idea of your experience, skills and interests, tests may be required to assess your skill level(s).

5 Reference and Background Checks. It will take approximately 3-5 days following your interview for us to run background checks, verify your employment history and check references. Once the verifications are complete, you will be eligible for assignments with ESI! We'll call you as soon as we have a suitable position for you to consider.

6 Be Proactive! Contact us a few days after your interview and weekly thereafter to update your availability and keep us abreast of developments in your job search.
